Additional fees for background = +5-20 USD or +IDR 10K-50K (depends on complexity)
Full payment after sketch is done.
I may finish the work just in a week (may can be faster depends on my rl business) or within 3 months.
I accept refund if I haven't started the commission and if I canceled the commission.
I don't accept refund if the artwork is already 80% progress / coloring step, or near/already completed.
You have 3x revisions for each step (sketch / line art / coloring).
